These sales terms and conditions apply between chefurbanfood.com and the buyer when making a purchase in the online store. Chefurbanfood.com reserves the right to change these terms. Updates are published on chefurbanfood.com. Product selection, pricing, and discounts may differ from retail.

All prices on chefurbanfood.com are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are added at checkout.

PLACING AN ORDER

Add products to your cart and fill in the required personal information.
Your data is kept secure.
Enter your delivery address.
Choose a payment method: credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or PayPal.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal.
Chefurbanfood.com is the controller of your personal data and shares necessary data with Stripe and PayPal for payment processing only.
The order becomes binding once payment is received.
You will receive an order confirmation by email and on the website.
If we are unable to deliver due to stock issues or other reasons, we will inform you and refund the full amount (including shipping) within 14 days.

Orders are handled Mon–Fri, 10 AM–5 PM. If products are in stock, delivery takes 2–10 business days.
If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you with the expected delivery time.
Our delivery partner is UPS. Shipping terms apply to private customers shopping online.

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving your order.
Custom products or goods made to order are not returnable.
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
If the packaging is opened for inspection, treat the product as you would in a physical store.
Repack items securely to avoid damage during return.
We will refund your payment (including delivery costs) within 14 days after receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method.

Chefurbanfood.com is not liable for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control

By placing an order, you give consent to collect and process your personal data (name, phone number, delivery address, email). This data is shared with our logistics partners for order fulfillment.
We may use your address or location to send you offers or information.
You can opt out of marketing use at any time, except where needed for fulfilling your order or legal claims.
Marketing emails are only sent if you give separate consent.
Payment information is encrypted and handled by Stripe and PayPal. Chefurbanfood.com does not store or access your card or banking details.
